- Develop scenario-based strategic models for market evolution and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for tracking long-term innovation maturity
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with portfolio of implemented future-casting projects
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-technological megatrends
