- Lead the strategic definition of our 2026 Technology Roadmap and architectural vision.
- Architect and deploy high-performance AI solutions, focusing on GenAI and predictive modeling.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) scalability and security.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business needs into technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
