Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations across 15+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic priorities
- Author quarterly horizon reports with evidence-based predictions and mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities through 2025-2027
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
