- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026+ business environments
- Design innovation roadmaps incorporating climate resilience and ethical tech principles
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across R&D, operations, and talent development
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of developing long-term enterprise strategies

- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
