Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their 2026 impact on industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for high-stakes business decisions with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented strategic priorities
- Produce executive briefings and predictive intelligence reports for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen foresight methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
