Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models to forecast industry transformations and competitive landscapes
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate future-ready innovations into 2026 product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain expert networks with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences and boards
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies or innovation management
