Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience and innovation
- Produce high-impact forecast reports on AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling visualizations
- Champion ethical foresight practices in high-stakes decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
