Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist frameworks and strategic impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
