- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ investment portfolio decisions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices for trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and market disruption frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills with executive board presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3+ year strategic implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
