Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technology impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and competitive analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategic journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
