Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-facing solutions
- Build executive-ready visualizations communicating complex future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Integrate ESG principles into long-term strategic roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Experience with Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and trend impact matrices
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
