Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and sustainable technology solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resources across 3+ strategic initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovators through agile methodologies and design thinking
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives (min. $3M budget)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Strong data analysis and strategic modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSM) preferred
