- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development blueprints
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across organizational departments
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author white papers on industry disruption vectors for thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
