Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies and socio-economic indicators
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Present insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for strategic decision-making
- Champion future-ready culture through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex insights into executive strategies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
