Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to define the technological blueprint for the year 2026. As we stand on the precipice of the next industrial revolution, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and cutting-edge AI systems that will power our enterprise solutions for the decade ahead.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, high-volume application. You will lead a world-class team of engineers, define architectural standards for the 2026 era, and ensure our infrastructure is future-proof against emerging paradigms in Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
If you are a thought leader passionate about building systems that don't just solve today's problems but anticipate tomorrow's, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of a robust AI infrastructure capable of scaling to meet the demands of 2026 workloads, including LLM integration and edge computing.
- Define the 2026 Strategy: Lead the technical roadmap for Artificial Intelligence, identifying emerging trends in agentic workflows and autonomous agents to drive competitive advantage.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the AI department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Model Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI model development, from research and prototyping to deployment and MLOps, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and third-party services to keep our tech stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role architecting large-scale AI or machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing on them to drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Agentic AI Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends in autonomous agents and multi-agent systems (bonus points for practical implementation experience).
