Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026+ market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics dashboards for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advolve emerging technologies (neurotech, bio-convergence, decentralized systems) into client transformation roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic scenarios for complex industries
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading high-stakes client workshops with executive stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
