Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Author quarterly trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable development and climate resilience initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive analytics
