- Partner with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic goals
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing implications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-thinking culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformational projects
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
