Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market positioning
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Champion innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurist partners and academic collaborators
- Translate complex future-state concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor emerging talent in strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through technological disruption
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future-state frameworks or trend analyses
