Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technological vision and strategic milestones for the company leading up to and beyond 2026.
- System Design: Design and implement high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling quantum computing workloads.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions meet the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience in implementing future-proof architectures and integrating bleeding-edge technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-faceted technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
