Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging 2026 use cases
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to non-technical audiences
