What you'll achieve: Design and implement a comprehensive 2026 sustainability framework aligned with the Paris Agreement, pioneer circular economy models in our product lifecycle, and secure $10M+ in green financing. You'll mentor cross-functional teams and represent our sustainability vision at industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability strategy with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve Scope 1-3 emissions reduction targets
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks including SASB, GRI, and TCFD compliance
- Drive innovation in circular design and renewable energy adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, policymakers, and sustainability tech providers
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget and ROI analysis for green projects
- Present sustainability roadmap to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability/ESG leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of implementing net-zero transition strategies
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (e.g., SimaPro, CDP)
- MBA or Master's in Environmental Science/Sustainability required
- LEED AP or GARP certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of climate policy and carbon markets
- Exceptional data storytelling with Tableau/Power BI skills
- Experience managing remote global teams across 3+ time zones
