Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 sustainability targets aligned with Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
- Design circular economy models for product lifecycle optimization
- Lead stakeholder engagement including C-suite executives, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Analyze ESG data using AI-driven platforms to identify decarbonization opportunities
- Drive zero-waste initiatives across global supply chains
- Represent company at COP summits and industry sustainability forums
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and ESG frameworks
- Experience with sustainability software (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and circular supply chains
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, SASB)
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
