Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models and waste reduction systems
- Analyze environmental data using AI/ML tools to optimize resource allocation and carbon footprint
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Drive ESG reporting compliance and transparent stakeholder communication
- Design employee engagement programs promoting sustainable practices
- Overhead $15M+ sustainability initiatives with ROI-focused KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-goal experience
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon accounting frameworks
- Advanced data analytics skills (Python, Tableau) for sustainability metrics
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG certification
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, green hydrogen)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and communities
