Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Teams' to prototype breakthrough solutions in our Innovation Foundry
- Analyze global tech patent data, academic research, and market signals to forecast paradigm shifts
- Present quarterly '2026 Horizon Briefings' to C-suite and board members with actionable strategic recommendations
- Manage the FutureTalent Program, mentoring next-gen innovators in emerging technology domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in emerging technologies with 8+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs with $10M+ budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology training
