Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual tech trend forecasts for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for quantum-AI integration
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with future market needs
- Author thought leadership reports on tech ethics and regulatory evolution
- Manage startup scouting and emerging technology acquisition pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or biotech convergence
- Published research on future technology scenarios (2025+)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record of launching future-facing tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
