Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present executive-level briefings on technology disruption scenarios
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research or patents in frontier technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
