Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology adoption roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Develop predictive models for quantum/AI convergence impacts on enterprise ecosystems
- Author whitepapers on ethical tech governance for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Advise product teams on 5-year innovation cycles and emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational units
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulation methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
