Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives for 2026 tech convergence points
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI and neural interfaces
- Coordinate with quantum computing teams for breakthrough applications
- Develop predictive models for climate-tech adoption curves
- Host innovation summits with Fortune 500 CTOs
- Secure federal grants for sustainable infrastructure projects
- Pioneer decentralized governance protocols for Web4.0
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years focused on 2020+ roadmaps
- Published research in IEEE ACM or Nature Futures journal
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, bio-interfaces, or climate modeling
- Clearances for federal innovation programs (or ability to obtain)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech prototypes
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with UN SDG tech integration frameworks
