Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end tech innovation projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) into scalable solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen tech adoption across industries
- Lead innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Secure partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web, or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of shipping innovative products from concept to market
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to forecast tech trends
- Certification in tech innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, Techstars)
