Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026 product ecosystem launches
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, neuromorphic chips)
- Drive digital transformation across legacy systems with 50% efficiency targets
- Collaborate with VCs and startups to scout disruptive innovations
- Present strategic tech initiatives to C-suite and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Strong background in scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+
