Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives merging biotechnology with machine learning systems
- Anticipate geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies through scenario modeling
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global tech policy summits
- Design 'future-proof' architecture for decentralized AI governance systems
- Author white papers on human augmentation protocols for 2030 workforce readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of technology policy recommendations adopted by G7 governments
