- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for climate resilience
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web4.0) for commercialization opportunities
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present visionary tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof technology methodologies
- Drive patent development for 2026-relevant innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation leadership)
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Deep understanding of Web4.0, metaverse, and decentralized tech ecosystems
