Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps focusing on human-centric AI integration
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum computing applications and neural interfaces
- Develop prototypes for next-gen AR/VR experiences using 5G and edge computing
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-computer interaction frameworks
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D for emerging technologies with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or AR/VR development
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on futuristic interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ groundbreaking tech prototypes
- Strong understanding of neuroergonomics and ethical AI principles
- Experience with neurofeedback systems and biometric sensors
