Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology adoption
- Produce scenario-based strategic reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological maturity and disruption indicators
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/Blockchain)
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- PhD in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
