Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026-2030 horizon, analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Design and prototype next-gen digital experiences using VR/AR, neural interfaces, and ambient computing
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligning R&D, product, and commercialization teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM) or equivalent industry recognition
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government or private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
