- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)

- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Quil)
