Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation framework across all business units
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech capabilities into corporate strategy
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots with dedicated R&D teams and $5M+ annual budget
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership content
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology adoption and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams and R&D budgets >$3M
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Published author or keynote speaker on future technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
