As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough systems while maintaining rigorous ethical standards. You'll have the autonomy to explore emerging paradigms like quantum computing integration, neural-human interfaces, and sustainable AI ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D projects integrating AI, quantum, and biotechnology
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven futurism track record
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers/patents)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
