- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Partner with policy experts to navigate ethical and regulatory frameworks
- Author white papers on future tech paradigms for industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (3+ years ahead)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong data visualization skills for complex trend analysis
