Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological trajectories through 2026
- Architect next-gen AI frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Develop quantum computing protocols for commercial applications
- Design sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams across 3 global innovation hubs
- Present technological roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and circular economy principles
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
