- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech consortiums to accelerate R&D
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive technology adoption frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
