Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains including AI ethics, quantum applications, and neurotech interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of disruptive technologies
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or decentralized systems
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
