Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for technological advancements targeting 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into our product and service offerings.
- Develop detailed roadmaps and timelines for 2026 technology initiatives, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Present findings, recommendations, and strategic plans to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our technology strategy remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, quantum computing, and blockchain.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology strategies and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
