Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026-2030 scenarios
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on future-proofing methodologies
- Design and maintain a 'Future Radar' monitoring system for early-warning signals
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling storytelling frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience translating complex futures into executive decision frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofing projects for enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
