- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate adoption of cutting-edge technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact projections
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for future deployments
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with Fortune 500 scale experience
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends or industry disruption
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
