Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Architect and implement the technical strategy for our upcoming AI releases, specifically targeting the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Neural Network Optimization: Design and train high-performance deep learning models capable of processing real-time quantum data streams.
- System Scalability: Build robust, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research papers and practical, deployable production code.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within the AI/ML domain.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Rust or Go for backend systems.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their application to classical AI problems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
