Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Develop ethical guidelines for generative AI deployment in sensitive domains
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers, policymakers, and social scientists
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through thought leadership and industry partnerships
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt strategies
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and responsible implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and datasets
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethics policies and procedures
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
