Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present future technology frameworks to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging tech at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) a plus
