Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for next-gen neural networks
- Establish transparency standards for human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on 2026 AI compliance frameworks
- Train AI ethics ambassadors across global R&D centers
- Author annual AI Impact Reports for stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks at FAANG or similar
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford or MIT
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI system implementations
